Event Overview
Greetings from the Department of Fetal Medicine and OBG Ultrasound, Manipal Hospital, Bangalore!
We take great pleasure in inviting you to our biennial conference in ultrasound. This year we have digressed from our tradition of Fetal Medicine Update and opted to focus on gynecological ultrasound.
Pelvic ultrasound has become an imperative part of pelvic assessment in gynecology. Thanks to progressing technology, we now have enhanced imaging modalities, thereby facilitating better diagnosis and maximizing favorable clinical outcomes.
To blend ultrasound diagnosis and management we are privileged to have Dr Hervé Fernandez from France as our international guest speaker. He is a gynecologic endoscopist who incorporates ultrasound into the core of his surgical practice.
In addition we have our distinguished national speakers Dr. B. S. Ramamurthy, Dr. Sonal Panchal, Dr. Nitin Chaubal, Dr. Srinivasan Radhesh and Dr. Jyoti N Chaubal who, with their years of scanning proficiency, will contribute updated and practical information in gynecological ultrasound.
The conference spread over two days is designed to benefit the entry level sonologist, as well as enhance knowledge of the experienced practitioner. It is preceeded by a one day workshop, where a wide range of cases will be presented and discussed, apart from basics and live demonstrations.
We look forward to hosting you for this conference on Ultrasound in Gynecology on 3rd and 4th of December 2011. A two day conference committed to gynecological sonology does not come your way often.
Your attendance and participation is greatly anticipated.
Regards,
Dr. Mala Sibal
